St Clether is a small village beside the River Inney on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, UK.

The holy well and shrine are approached along a grassy footpath which traverses the meadow W of the church, beyond the chuchyard. The church and holy well are dedicated to Saint Cleder (Clederus), one of the twenty-four children of Saint Brychan, a 5th century welsh saint and king of Brycheiniog.

Paranormal sound phenomena - the pounding of spirit horses' hooves - have been experienced here.

Other holy wells in Cornwall are to be found at St Keyne, St Cuby, Madron and St Cubert.
